Jacksonville University BSN

Published

Hi everyone! This is to anyone applying for the Fall 2012 BSN program at Jacksonville University. I'm not sure if there is currently a thread open so I figured I would start one. How did everyone's interviews go? When will we hear back about our status? Open to all thoughts!

Did anybody get anything yet ?

Hi and no we should definitely be getting something tomorrow, because I called today and they told me letters went out YESTERDAY!, so I'll get my letter tomorrow or saturday!! I'm so anxious I can die!!

I got my letter today! I GOT ACCEPTED!!!! I am so excited! :))) Good luck to everyone! :D

Congrats!! Im new here!! Got my letter yesterday as well and I got in too. I got rid of the anxiety of getting accepted now moving on to the workload but we will be ok!! Keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of you!! Good Luck!!

Well I did not get accepted but good luck to those that did :)

I got accepted! But now I'm stressing about how to pay since it's absolutely nuts.

Does anyone know exactly how much it costs? I looked online at the curriculum and it seems that there is 65 Nursing Credit hours total and it said that JU charges $438 per credit hour.

Do the math and it was A LOT less than I thought it would be, but I am still not sure if this is correct.

Anyone have more concrete info?

I'm currently at JU right now and I wish the tuition was $438 per credit hour. That is actually how much each additional hour cost if you're taking more than 18 credits. Besides that tuition is a set price for full time classes (12 to 18 credits) and that is $14,550 per semester. You won't be in school for the summer so the set price for the year is about $29,000 for the Fall and Spring. This is everyone's price so you're looking at about $72,000 for the whole education. Don't worry though, your financial aid and loans will take care of everything.

Hi I am registered to start my RN-BSN, in the fall at Jacksonville university I was wondering about the cost of books ( and if some one who is a current student would maybe be willing to sell their books). Thanks
