J. Sargeant Reynolds LPN to RN spring 2016

Hey just wondering if anyone plans to apply to Reynolds LPN to RN program for the Spring 2016 semester. I took the Kaplan entrance exam and scored:

Math- 89%

Reading- 86%

Writing- 86%

Science- 55%

I hope that I get in considering I barely met the science requirement. I attended the nursing info session on 8/12 and there was a large group of students (about 50) but not sure how many of those students plan on applying in September.

Post your Kaplan scores.

So are we OK to register Sunday? And where are you guys buying your scrubs?

Hi I am new to this thread. I am finishing up my pre reqs in the spring 2016 and will apply to get into the fall 2016 lpn to rn bridge program at reynolds. I will be taking my Kaplan test next week any pointers for the exam. Also congrats to both of you on starting wish I could of gotten all my prereqs completed.

I have not gotten my scrubs yet since clinicals arent until the summer, did you end up buying yours?

Hi. For me the program is okay so far. Its not super easy and you must study.Im in the part time program. At this point, Im just trying to get the hang of what the best approach is for studying in this program..

Not exactly. I think i posted it on here in earlier comments. I did take it twice. A week apart, as applying for this program was a last min decision. I passed the first time but I wanted a higher score, so I took it again and had a better increase in overall percentage

Hi! I'm turning in my app for the fall 2016. Took my Kaplan last week. I'm very curious as to what the app pool is like. Hoping to see some of you as classmates! I have a few friends in the program now, so far, so good.

Hey! Good luck, the anxiety of waiting will kill you .. ughh. Are you going full time or part time?

I remember going to drop off my application and to make sure i had everything in order. I saw a folder with lpn to rn and it was a pretty thick folder of applications. Not sure how many ppl have applied or reapplied for this year
