Hey, all! Was just looking for anyone that may be applying to J. Sarge for fall 2016 for the RN program?? Wondering what Kaplan scores were like compared to mine, etc!! Very nervous about the six week wait!

For me, YouTube was a huge asset when studying for the Kaplan. I hadn't taken any A&P courses in 6 years, so I remembered nothing. Spent 2 months brushing up with some physiology videos and managed to get a 75 science score.

It's gonna be a long, hard wait to get our letters. The Kaplan kicked my butt. I'm usually a fairly good tester but the science really got me! Thank god I read somewhere that the questions are exactly the same so I knew what to study for the second time. I've heard that scores in the 70's have a chance, 80's are pretty solid, and 90's are practically guaranteed. I'm more worried that they have all necessary transcripts and paperwork. I've been to 3 other colleges and it was a pain to get all my grades sent in. 2 of my transcripts had to be resent because they never received them. And trying to get my high school transcript was a nightmare. But good luck to everyone! I hope to see all of you in the fall!

And remember that they count 30% for science, 30% for reading, 30% for math, and 10% for writing. That gives you your admission score. For example I got a 70 in science, 95 in reading, 93 in math, and 90 in writing so my admission score is 86.4.

Hi everyone! I'm also applying for the Fall 2016 semester. Overall I got an 86.6 on the admissions test. My scores are 95 in Reading, 93 in Math, 80 in Science, and 62 in writing. I wish I had done better on the writing part even though it counts less than the other 3 subjects. Good luck to everyone!

Hey guys i called the downtown bookstore about the castlebranch resource envelope. They do not have it instock yet. They said to call back they should be getting it in this week. She was told it was $30 but they havent gotten them in to scan them to know. You can not find it online and downtown campus will be the only campus that carries it. Just sharing what I learned.
