Today I took the RN exam. I feel it's hard. I am so frustrated. :cry:

I'm still waiting for the result. I live in kitchener.............

Is there somebody else who live in Kitchener and received the result???

my coworker from Mississauga is also waiting. Should be tommorrow for sure.

I went right down to their office today to pay the fee so I could get my official number sooner so I can get my raise quicker.

I PASSED, too!!! I live in Mississauga and my friend and I got ours just today. However, my other friend (also in Mississauga) is still waiting. Hope you guys receive your letters soon with GOOD news!!!

Btw, any chance somebody knows the passing grade and percentage of people who passed? Thanks!

hey nursemanz! where do you apply to write the nclex?

I was planning on writing the michigan exam but you can probaly just sign up anytime for it. They want a copy of your degree and proof of your RN license. That's what they told me.

i might be moving to windsor eventually so I want to get it out of the way just in case. You get results in like 72 hours.

hi, i just woke up and my aunt from Brampton just called up to tell me the good news...... I also passed the exam.... Congratulations everyone. Good Luck to all of us.

hey, not necessarily. maybe your results are still in transit. the date stamp on the letter i got today from CNO was july 18, 2008. that means they mailed my results last friday. and since i live in toronto, it took only a day for the letter to get to me. you'll probably get your results tomorrow or wednesday. so, just be patient. :)

Hi guys,

I have been member of the site since months but did not surf 'cuz of some study schedules.So,today i thought of to start up here and be a part of your family.

Let me tell you briefly about myself ,I did BSN from India 4 yrs back and last yr moved to Canada .So, to brush up my skills up to CANADIAN LEVEL JOINED REFRESHER COURSE which ended up recently and is planning to move on to prepare for October,2008 CRNE ( I know the time is too short :uhoh3: ) but have to go through it .

I read the forums posted by all of about June,2008 exam when many are anxious and waiting for result and few are cheered up.I wish all of you go through :nurse: by God's Grace!!!

Can you give me some ideas to prepare for exam in short while ,i have CRNE Prep guide with me already.Any other references which can help me to review the theory ( going through all BSN course is really hard :banghead: ) ?

hey pawan,

for references to help you review theory, i suggest you get the mosby canadian comprehensive review of nursing book..

as for preparing for the exam go over the test questions on:

1) CRNE prep guide

2) Mosby canadian comprehensive review of nursing

3) do the the CNA LeaRN CRNE readiness test

Hello Guys,

I heard from many people that one should take coaching classes for CRNE preparation as given in USA e.g Kaplan University for NCLEX .

What do you think ?

But i am aware of the following books :

Mosby

CRNE prep Guide

CRNE readiness test.

Please, add up if i miss the material references.
