This country is full of nurses who no longer wish to work as nurses due to conditions...THAT is why there is a 'shortage' but nobody wants to address that....

Deb, no problem. We all have issues that we feel strongly about. Personally, I'm glad we can discuss issues like this and bounce ideas off each other-- this website has been extremely helpful in my professional socialization. Nurses aren't always going to AGREE with one another, but that's okay, as long as we SUPPORT each other as professional nurses. :)
