IV skills; The IV Guy course review

I am not very good at inserting IVs in patients without decent veins. Has anyone completed "The IV Guy" IV course and can vouch for this? Or have any other recommendations on IV insertion tips and resources. I am potentially changing units from Med Surg to ED! Definitely want to get better at IVs!

Do not stress over IV skills. Personally I would not sign up for any IV courses; you have the know how, you just need the repetition. You will have soooooo much practice in ER that before you know it, you'll be able to get an IV on pretty much anybody that comes thru the doors. If it really worries you, ask to spend a day there or in pre-op to get some extra practice before you transfer.
