Is anyone familiar with this new program, or know anyone who is currently in the first class? I'm finding mixed reviews about it online, and I just took their HESI exam today. I got a 91 overall, so I have a feeling that score won't be competitive enough to make it in the top 30 students, but I'm trying to remain optimistic!
I am currently in my 7th quarter at the Breckenridge campus in Henderson, NV. I am already stressing because our school is basically closed on admissions, we are not accredited yet and isn't looking very hopeful that we will be, and now I just found out that a lot of schools with RN to BSN programs want your associates degree to be from an accredited school. Also a lot of jobs that I have looked at recently trying to get an idea of my options want a bachelors degree plus a degree from an accredited school. So my feelings for anyone looking at this school is to really weigh your options. I'm already looking into my options for after I graduate and just trying to finish with this school.
@SkittyhawkLV you're right. I was about to attend the info session when my friend showed me a link. It saved me a lot of time. Heres the link if anyone wants to read. Is an ITT Tech Nursing Degree Worth Your Time and Money? - Yahoo! Voices - voices.yahoo.com

Disregard this message. It is accredited. My friend was wrong. Thank god.
I am starting in the 3rd cohort for Breckinridge in Rancho next Wed. I didnt have to attend the first quarter due to pre-reqs. I had similar reservations to what everyone seems to express here but when it boils down to it, I got an overwhelming opinion that once u pass boards that's all that matters to jobs, and as far as BSN goes- so many of my friends go the online route anyway due to the convenience factor. I would love to know what the 3rd-5th quarters are typically like schedule-wise. I couldn't get a straight answer and I am debating commuting from chico or moving to sac which would uproot my whole family and be a huge transition. How many days a week do you typically have to attend class/clinicals? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
Hello, I went to the info session today and everything sounded great except when they wouldn't give us a clear answer to what times the theory and clinical classes started. I just want to know the hours for both theory and clinical. Do any of your classmates work while going to school?
Wow we pretty much got the same score. I have been trying to analyze what the possible delay could be about and the only thing I can think is try didn't get enough high scores? I know they said the average entrance last cohort was a 95. I would really love to find out if we made it in so I can set my kids daycare and car pool schedules up!! I feel so unorganized with not knowing what is going on. I am registered on wait list at American river for some classes as a back up how about you?
I feel like your score will be good too! I mean why else would they be delaying this do you guys think? Glad to know I'm not the only one going bonkers waiting!! Haha I tested in April this has been the longest wait ever. Do you guys have any prereq's you will be transferring over if you get in? I only have math, English and psyc.
