Hi Everyone!
I'm new to this site!
Well, after reading as many of these threads as I have been able, I have to just say its true what they say about LPN school. I've just started a month long orientation and have to admit I'm just a little scared:stone. No really I'm alot scared. The instructors are great, no problem there, but the work load? WOW. However, if I can come up with the dough to pay for this year, then I will give it my best shot!! It's hard to imagine that in a year from now I could be an honest to goodness . How cool it that! So just wanted to say hi and tell everyone that this is the best info site I have found and I am grateful for all you experienced nurses that take time help us along our journey.

I just graduated from LPN school in June of this year, right around the time I stumbled upon this website. Do your best in LPN school! I watched classmates fail EVERY semester! As the content of the program became more challenging, and the clinical instructors demanded more of the students who were left, I convinced myself that I COULD NOT become one of those students who fell by the wayside due to working 40 hours a week, or not studying enough, or not coming to clinicals prepared. Needless to say, I grduated with honors! You can do it!
