It can take up to 4 months to finish FCCA?

Is it true that it would take up to four months to finish new FCCA ?

That is, does it have 8 week bracket so that once it begins it you have to wait until it ends to register.

That means, if you just happen to miss that bracket, you have to wait 8 weeks for it to end.

so 8 weeks of waiting plus another 8 weeks of fcca program.

is that right?

if it is, anyone knows when the next bracket begins and how long ahead of time do we have to register to fit into that bracket....

you are correct. I posted last week about this and kinda wasn't happy with the advisor at EC due to a severe lack of info and letting people know. Basically what she told me was FCCA computer version will be offered in 2 month blocks. So the first is May 2nd until July 2nd. Next is July 2nd-Sep 2nd. and so on. So from what she told me the deadlines are the 30th the prior month so June 30th for the july 2nd exam. It is 8 blocks and takes 2 months. So if you finish LS3 say one July 3, then yes you have to wait in limbo until Sep 2nd. My advice is plan ahead so this doesn't happen.

And we can't start getting on a wait list for the cpne until we finish fcca, correct?

Right medic....

Thank you so much for the info.

I asked this question to the adviser but she just told me to wait til April for details since it still is not official yet.

oh...well...

I wished it was otherwise, like as in completing FCCA as we go since it is now online course.

I guess we now have to schedule things ahead for FCCA.

Thnx.

Sorry guys but it's true when I found this info out 2 wks ago I still had LS2 and LS3 left and I knocked them out 3 days apart and just under the wire for the last paper version of FCCA. My FCCA will arrive 4/9. Don't get discouraged keep at it and the light at the end will get brighter. :)
