Hi yah!! Im a registered nurse in the Philippines but at the moment I am a carer in a retirement home here in UK.I come in this country as student visa holder..Is there any way I could do to be on my line of profession as well..Anyways I've got hospital experience way back in my country.-Ta

Mar 21, 2009 Using the student visa is not a short cut to getting a job in the UK. As I mentioned in the other post in the UK forum UK has reached one of it's highest unemployment figures for a long time over 2 million out of work and any employer must prove that they was unable to fill job with a UK citizen or legal resident who has a work permit before allowing someone from outside the EU.I really think you are going to have big problems and will have to consider returning home once you have finished your course
