Is this a Scam?

I just took my first exit RN HESI test and didn't pass:( I'm super frustrated because of the hours I put into preparing for this test! So I've been trying to figure out how I'm going to prepare for round 2?? I was online and stumbled across a site - yourbestgrade.com/hesi

Has anyone heard of this site or currently a member? I took the practice test they offered and all 20 of the questions were exact questions on my HESI test!! They offer more practice tests including five or six (I can't remember exactly) full length (160 questions) HESI style tests, but in order to access these I will need to become a member. It is $97 for 12 months. This site almost seems to good to be true. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

You can find the same type of questions in readily-available study guides and free on-line sources. I'm leery of pay-for-use sites that have "fabulous" sample questions, then want you to pay for more. I did this for one site a while ago and not only were the non-sample tests horrible, the site disappeared a few months later along with my money.

I like to stick with tried-and-true sources when my future's riding on it.

What program did you graduate from? Most programs offer free remedial help for HESI Exit retakes. Check with your school.

My teacher told us to use it and if you cancel at anytime its fully refunded

I went ahead and purchased a Life Time membership to YourBestGrade about a year ago since we have to do HESI specialty exams at the end of each semester. They're pretty good.

I didn't pass the first time but I was damn close (840). For the first exit exam, I didn't do much prep because it doesn't count at my university. I just went into the exam extremely calm.

For the second exam, I passed with a 902. What prepped me were doing a lot of test questions every day (at least 100). I had testing fatigue so I had to get used to doing 160 questions in one sitting. To review content, I skimmed through the HESI comprehensive review book by Evolve (the 4th edition has a green cover, 3rd has blue), paying close attention to the HESI hints. I swear there were questions relating to the HESI hints that really helped me get through the exam.

For you to be in nursing school, you are extremely bright. Have faith in yourself because you've gotten this far. All the content you've learned will come together. You can do this :)

I second the suggestion above. Get the HESI comprehensive review book. With that, you will get practice questions you can do online. Study the HESI hints and do review of content you are shaky on. I recently took the Hesi exit and passed it. One thing that I learned is that, as mentioned by a pp, "test fatigue" is real. I've never heard it called that before, but it's easy to get tired toward the end and start making mistakes, both because you are fatigued and because you just want it to be over. I had to stop, close my eyes, and take deep breaths to clear my mind periodically. Others get up for breaks. I can't offer any advice on the site you asked about because I did not and would not use it. The cost is too high. That doesn't mean it's not good. I just don't know.
