Is there any quota of passers for nclex in some testing sites?

Hi there, wanna ask you guys your idea about that quota for nclex passers they implement in some testing sites? how true is this? as i heard from others because of such huge volume of takers in that certain testing sites so they get a sort of quota who will pass the exam..I highly appreciate your comment on this...thanks

I would say it is false

Definitely false. The determinant of pass/fail is your performance on the day of the exam.
