Is a plastic surgery office a good choice for a first job?!

Help! I just passed the boards a month ago and got my LPN license. I have been submitting applications and was recently offered a job in a high class plastic surgery office. My question is does any one have experience or think it's a good idea as my first nursing job? Should I keep looking? Thank you!:nailbiting::happy:

That's difficult to say without having any idea of what your long term goals might be or what your interests are. And then there's salary, and schedule, and all sorts of other things that are personal preferences.

I really comes down to what you want, not necessarily what other people think you should want.

I'm an RN and my first job was at a Pediatrician's office. I stayed there for 3 years and I ultimately moved on to a Hospital setting. While not the most exciting I learned a lot and worked on my critical thinking skills. It helped me get to where I am now. I really enjoyed the office setting and am glad to have started there, my first year "anxietys" were over by time I started at the hospital.

Thank you for the input! I turned down the job and went for an offer in a family practice doctors office instead. I feel as a new grad I'll learn more :)
