Just trying to find out if anyone result read pass and turns out they fail and if any one quick result said fail and it turns out they pass, how accurate are the quick results?

From what i understand, they are graded at the site you took the test, then sent to the parent company and graded again. Doubtful that a mistake is made in grading the NCLEX.

They are not graded at the site, the site does not have access to them.

I have never seen a result get changed after all of these years.

If it says fail, it means that, and if it says pass, it means that. It only says unofficial result as they are not the ones that handle the actual license issuing.

Actually, I read somewhere "official" (but danged if I can remember WHERE) that the computer at the test site knows whether or not you passed (not the people at the test site, though) and then its reviewed for accuracy before posting the result.
