To be quite frank, I've only been asked to produce my license. Very little has ever been said about my education or how I acquired it. Online courses lead to the same licensure as traditional programs. It is the license they care about. The undergraduate program you attend would only be a matter of interest should you be competing for graduate level programs or fellowships or other areas in academia. If all you are going for at the present is a job as a staff nurse, your license is what counts, not how you went about getting it.
