I am currently working with two agencies and they both have submitted my profile to different hospitals. Is this okay to do? I feel like I'm not being truthful to the other agency, but I want to make sure I get the best possible contract and location. Please advise.

Its more than ok. You might want to add a third company for good measure.. Just make sure you do not get "double submitted" somewhere. That is when 2 companies submit your profile to the same hospital typically ending with you getting bounced outta there. Most hospitals dont want to deal with dueling companies when its much easier to yell "NEXT!"

I would highly advise it. Its just good business if a contract goes south in the middle of an assignment.

absolutely ok! I have three (adding a fourth because of location). One recruiter has my permission to submit and then contact me, the others wait until i ok the submission. I don't want to be double submitted, as Tango mentioned, that's no good.
I recommend that you have a phone where you can read emails, that way you can get and send info quick to recruiters. timeliness matters for submission.
