Is it normal to be having dreams about failing the last semester of nursing & the NCLEX EVERY night?

Published

I have 2 months left in my nursing program, and this semester has been the hardest yet. I bombed the first test, but managed to pull myself up to above passing but it's the most work I've ever had to put into a semester (Maternity & Peds 10 credit course basically in 3 months) and sadly most of my class is still below passing. But lately I've been having crazy dreams on failing. Like running out of time on the next test and not knowing anything. And more dreams on the NCLEX. Is this normal or am I just a ball of anxiety trying to hold it together?

Normal? Sure. Healthy? No.

‘I suggest doing mindfulness and meditation, just a few minutes a day can make a huge difference. If you have trouble getting started there are apps or free videos on YouTube that can help you. Good luck.
