What kind of jobs are out there for nurses in college or professional sports teams?

I didn't work for the actual team, but I worked for the orthopedic surgeon of an NHL team. We were present in games and saw them in the office, not going to lie it was AH-MAZING, we even got to play with the Cup :) I wouldn't know how to go about telling someone how to find a job like that. I got it out of a random opportunity.

Most of the jobs that nurses used to do for sports teams have been taken over by Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists :)

Specializes in orthopedic/trauma, Informatics, diabetes.

My ortho and the ones I work for have CMAs and PA. We have 2 NPs where I work, but that is an inpatient unit.
