i am thinking of buying this acer laptop and its on sale at best buy for 850 $ canadian...is it worth the price for what you get? is there really a big difference between brands? i would like to spend less than 1100$ canadian! thanks for your input :D

- Acer Aspire

- Intel core dual processor T 2250

For 850 $ Canadian.

ebay shows that computers with a slower processor are going for what i think is about that price.

[color=#483d8b]even if you arn't comfortable buying off ebay, i highly suggest checking out their computer section and comparing prices, so you can see what different ones are going for.

Mu daughter has an Acer, she likes it. It was on sale at Wal Mart for $500. I'm thinking $850 Canadian is a good price.

I bought my son a rather extravagent bd present last year but that was becuse he would use it in university. I got him an Acer laptop and paid about 700 for it. He's very happy with it. When my dd turns 19 next year, I'll probably go for another Acer.
