Can anyone provide the hourly salaries for home health in san francisco

the sf bay area ranges from 15 to 36 dollars an hour. i am topped out at 36 dollars (i work in acute care- er, iv certified). i will only get "step" increases per my union contract. i am told that lvn's in my pay grade make more than many rn's in other states.

just to make you feel better during the holidays, i will tell you that as a bsn (required for my position) i make about $20/hr ($40k/year) in iowa. what is the temperature in cali?? i'm sitting in the middle of an ice storm.
