Is going 150+ on the nclex pn a bad sign?

Published

ALL MOST EVERYONE ON HERE WHO HAS RECENTLY TESTED HAD A LOW NUMBER OF QUESTIONS AND PASSED. I WENT IN EXPECTING TO GET 85 QUESTIONS ENDED UP GETTING 152 OR 153 I JUST REMEMBER THINKING THERE GOING TO MAKE ANSWER THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF QUESTIONS. THEN AT A QUESTION THAT I WASENT REALLY SURE OF AND THOUGHT I WAS TAKING TO MUCH TIME ON .THEN BLINK...SURVEY TIME TEST WAS OVER. IS THIS A BAD SIGN??? TO TOP IT OFF IM IN CALIFORNIA THERE ARE NO UNOFFICIAL RESULTS IT'S ON MY MIND ALL THE TIME. I WANT TO HEAR SOME HONEST OPINIONS THANKS:uhoh21:

It's like everyone says, there is NO official number where it is a good sign or bad sign. I personally know of someone who took the NCLEX-PN and shut off in the 150s and FAILED. I took it recently at it shut off @ 175 and I live in California too.

I guess we just need to pray and HOPE that we passed.

I was hit with Priority, PT Teachings, Infection Control, and SATAs. Random questions in betwee, 3-4 Fill-Ins.

I really have NO idea!

Let's kill time and BE FRIENDS. Haha!

Lots of luck to both of you!!!!

I Got Hit With About 8 Or 9 Select All That Apply! 4 Culture 1 Religion That Repeated Again To Me The Gave Me All Hard Questions I Was Sitting Ther Like Why Is The This Test So Hard I Know The Level Of Compentency Went Up But I Was Like This Is Crazy! But I Pray For Ya Buddy!

I just took mine yesterday and I had 205.This is the second time fo rme and first time I had 96 maybe and failed so now I am freaking out ...Hopefully I will k now soon as I live in North Dakota so I will find out tomorrow HOPEFULLY!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU! I am praying for us all this is awful to not know! I think we should be able to fin out the next day!

Has anyone on here taking it in TX? I 'm getting ready for it any advice? How soon can I find out my results in TX?

I ended up with 85 and it shut off, I am really nervous, how many people fail with 85, so far everyone in my class has passed with 85

Moved this thread to the NCLEX Discussion forum since if you are taking the exam, you are no longer students. Congratulations on getting thru your nursing program.

You will also find many others that are waiting for results as well.

Best of luck to you.
