HOBET Exam Questions
Hello! I have some questions regarding the HOBET Exam. I need to score, I think, 170 or so on the exam. Is the exam hard? Can someone give me insight on the exam... thanks please give me some info on the exam testing! I went to testpreview.com and read into it and tried to study and WOW, really forgot tons of stuff... Just wonder how hard will it be even getting 170. Is that a hard score to get?

New RN program in So Cal!?!
Most of these schools like Everest and West Coast University is VERY expesive. At the moment, West Coast University costs about $63,000! If your currently in a LVN Program then I would recommend a LVN to RN Bridge Program at ANY Community Colleges, much cheaper. This is all personal preference! If you guys actually look at your school loan for these LVN Programs, the one I graduated from, which cost me $22,000. I pay about $190 a month and the ACTUAL payment that I am paying off this loan is about $30. God Bless America, ehh? COULD YOU IMAGINE PAYING OFF A $63,000 LOAN? I always look at it this way, why start off your new career in a HUGE debt?

West Coast University LA
Most Community Colleges DO NOT have a waiting list but these are CCs around my area. You do need to take (2) Written Exams and (1) Skills exam and (1) Transition class to get into the 3rd Semester of the RN Program. LVN to RN bridge is about 1 Year of class remaining.

West Coast University LA
One of my buddies is now attending WCU and from what he told me, the school cost $63,000! Not worth it in my opinion. I am doing the LPN to RN Bridge, Community College route. Which ends up costing less than $5000.

Level of Question (Low vs. High)
some people say that sata, priority, pt teaching, delegation are all considered high level questions. i understand the concept of 50/50 but my question is, "its where you get you 50/50 on the level of difficulty." is it possible that there is a lvl 1 (easy) question that has sata, priority? or does sata, priority fall under like lvl 10?? just trying to figure out this whole system, even though none of us "really" know. because, i keep thinking about my nclex and i had quite a few of pt teaching, delegation, priority, and rooming. rooming was which pt would you put into a private room! i assume the lower level question to (rooming) would be like what would you do in a certain scenario (pnumoneia, mrsa, tb) and using certain type of precautions? ** if that makes sense.... **

I took the NCLEX-RN for the fourth time :(
I think the whole "last question right" is a Myth. Look @ it this way, if you missed 74/75 questions and got the last question right, does that mean you PASSED? No! I think what I've understood what the level of difficulty of question and if your maintaining that level of difficulty. I would assume that Fx Questions would be Stable vs. Unstable. That is my guess. I took my LVN boards and thats how I would narrow it down with the Fx Qs. I am stressing so much too! 10/10!! People tell me "RELAX" because what is done is done. And nothing you can do about it. Just relax and I'm sure you passed. Maybe someone else can give you a better answer... on the Fracture or my advice.

8 SATA 75Q`s is that a good sign
Try not to stress yourself out too much. https://allnurses.com/forums/f197/passed-75-w-12-13-sata-s-thank-god-302283.html This person had about 12-13 SATA! Not too far off from "8" I'm sure you did fine! Everyone has that feeling after they come out of the testing center. I have to wait 1 MONTH to find out my results for my NCLEX-PN and mine shut off @ 175 Qs. I really hope WE passed!!

Using the "Major 5" companies to study...?
NCLEX-PN = Exam Cram PN NCLEX-RN = Saunders That's what I heard was the best! I heard it isn't wise to use so many books. Stick with one that suits you best.

What types of question did you end up getting? From what I've been reading and understanding, Priority, Delegation, SATA are considered good. I think
