Is there enough time for studying?

I'm sorry with this one, but I really need an opinion...

I'm currently studying for the NCLEX-RN exam. This is my second time, probably be scheduled by February 2009... I'm studying about 8 hours a day for 5-6 times a week... The problem is I'm having trouble with recall...

Is there anything I could do or change?

Is my study hours' too much???

Everybody is different. Bottom line is don't over do it. Your brain need time to get the information you learned to sink in. When you feel burned out just take a break, do something else other than studying, like taking a walk with your dog (if u have one or more). I usually study for about 2-3 hours at a time then take about 30 minutes break then go back studying for another 2 hours or so. I study more hours on the day I don't work. I work as a CNA at night, I bring my book everytime I go to work so I'll study on my down time. Another thing is don't stress out too much, I learned the hard way. Now, I try to relax more and study with more refreshed state of mind. Good luck on your studying. Believe in yourself that you can do it. Everyone has a good chance of passing the NCLEX. We all got through nursing school so we can do this. :yeah:
