I retook the NET test Friday. I got a 97 in math and a 67 in reading for a composite score of 82. Do you guys think that it's good enough to get in LPN school?
I personally did find the interview hard. In my case, it only lasted less than 30 minutes which at the time I didn't know if that was good or bad. Interviewed by a panel of two. Since the entrance exam was a glimpse as to your to your intellectual ability to be suucessful, I believe the interview is more a chance to know you as a person. Expected questions like why you belive you want to be a nurse? your short and long term goals? what past healthcare experiences you may have? Also a measure of your interpersonal and communications skills which are so important in your future career. Finally, I think they want to see an expressed passion or commitment to suceed knowing the hard work that it will take to successfully complete the program. Hope this helps!
