Is this a binding contract?

Hey everyone,

Clark here! I wanted to ask some advice regarding contracts. When I was offered the job in an interview, they asked me if I was willing to stay for 2 years. I said yes, but six months down the line I'm having some family issues that may require me to move back. When I signed the job contract, it stated that there was no contract agreement regarding the length of my employment, and that the hospital is at will employment.

So, where do I stand on this? Am I bound to two years, or because my contract stated the opposite, am I in the clear?

The only person who can answer this is a lawyer familiar with employment contracts, who can read over the full contract and the fine print.
