So far i have attended the mandatory meeting and got my class schedule and booklist. I am currently working on meeting the requirements i.e (Physical exam and proving immunizations) to turn them in by December 11, 2015.
So far i think i am just going to do my shots again, because the titiers are way too expensive, the cheapest i have seen so far is $156 for the immunity titer package, which includes all titers (MMR, TDAP, HEP-B and VARICELLA). Let me know what y'all up to and feel free to ask questions
I will be applying for 2017 as well! I've never taken the NLN so it will be my first time but I've attended all the review sessions and have lots of reviews to study. My hopes are high as far as getting accepted but I'm prepared that I may have to reapply for the fall program if I don't get in. I'm very eager to start the application process when it opens. Good luck to you, I hope to see you in the spring!
Hey, I'm actually applying for spring 2017 as well, have you heard about them changing the NLN which book/methods are you using to study for it? good luck!!!!
I just actually checked on Amazon to make sure & it still looks like the same exact review book they've had out for years & I went to a math study session tonight & he didn't make mention of a new book at all.

I got accepted to the Spring 2016 ADN program at IRSC. I decided to create this blog to start a support group for the IRSC RN class of 2017. I am so looking forward for the first day of class on January 11, 2016. Congratulations to all who have been accepted and of course the alternates!! Good luck and keep your fingers crossed.
