IRSC RN Class of 2017

Published

I got accepted to the Spring 2016 ADN program at IRSC. I decided to create this blog to start a support group for the IRSC RN class of 2017. I am so looking forward for the first day of class on January 11, 2016. Congratulations to all who have been accepted and of course the alternates!! Good luck and keep your fingers crossed.

Hey, I'm applying too for Spring 2017! I made a thread on here for Spring 2017 people if you want to use that one! It's called "IRSC Spring 2017 Applicants" :)

Awesome Sauce!!!!!!!

I will be applying for 2017 as well! I've never taken the NLN so it will be my first time but I've attended all the review sessions and have lots of reviews to study. My hopes are high as far as getting accepted but I'm prepared that I may have to reapply for the fall program if I don't get in. I'm very eager to start the application process when it opens. Good luck to you, I hope to see you in the spring!

Thanks for replying, super stoked as well to apply hopefully we both get in, but if not, we always got next year and the year after and so on to keep on trying, we got to get in eventually right? hahaha good luck to you.

okay thats awesome because i was a little worried, so are the study sessions are helpful at all?

I went to the math review session this week & I believe it's really helpful if you need a little help in any certain subject! It's a good refresher too & help up understand what type of questions will be on the test

Anyone going to the information session tonight at the main campus?

Does anyone know if I'm able to take the cpr course before I get accepted into the RN program ? Wasn't sure if it would last?

The AHA certification is good for 2 years and then you can just renew it when it's about to expire. So I wouldn't see why you wouldn't be able to. I just did mine a few days ago!

Thought you guys would want this. Scroll down to the NLN section. I have to call cause the dates are all off so I'm not sure if it's just not updated yet.

Hi Guys, quick question... when applying to the program, did the health science application label FALL?
