Hey everyone just wondering for IPPA does percussion or palpation come first? And for the abdomen is it Inspection, Auscultation, percussion, then palpation?

IPPA = Inspection, Palpation, Percussion, and lastly Auscultation. With an abdominal assessment you would Inspect, Auscultate, Palpate, and then Percuss. Of course, you are auscultating first so that you do not create any extra sounds during palpation and percussion.
