IPN Neuropsych Eval

I have received a referral from IPN to see a neuropsychiatrist for personality testing before any treatment recommendations from the addiction specialist. Has anyone gone through this? What does this consist of? I was told that it will take another 2 weeks to get the report and then another two to make recommendations from the report...joy!

This entire process is nothing more than a money making scheme the Doctors in Gainesville have no clue about what you are even there for had my employers names mixed up then wanted me to provide them with phone numbers fax numbers etc. ummmm no that’s your job! Then proceeded to tell me about his failed marriages and addiction problems like I give a care! IPN is absolutely no help and just keeps talking in circles as well. Makes me wish I’d have never went into nursing!
