I was wondering how you all would handle interviewing for 3 different RN positions with only 2 different people. One is for NICU (she knows I am interviewing with the other two units because she is setting it up with the other manager) and the other 2 jobs are L&D and postpartum, both run by 1 person. Typically during an interview you are trying to bascially "sell" you skills and experience to the employer. How on earth and I supposed to sell myself for all 3 jobs, when I am basically interviewing with the same person. My other problem is I would like to do any of those 3 jobs, it is basically which one will have the best schedule.
any advice?

You are trying to sell yourself. They are each trying to sell (fill) a position. Hopefully, the two managers are mature enough to want to fill another position in their institution even if they can't fill one in their department.
Question - is it wise to base your decision only on the schedule? Are you thinking about the learning opportunities of each area, the personal satisfaction, the possibility of advancement? Also, schedules can (and often do) change dramatically, usually about 4 weeks after you are hired. (Been there; done that).

I agree w/the above post. You want to tailor your qualities and qualifications to the individual position, if at all possible.
I wish you the very best. I hope you do let us know how it goes, and which job you decide upon/are hired to fill!!!!!
Good vibes your way!
