Interviewing a Nursing Leader

For one of my final assignments for my BSN program (finished in December!) I have to conduct an interview with a Nursing leader which includes but is not limited to VP of Patient Care Services, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Practitioner, Charge Nurse, Team Leader or someone in another type of designated leadership position. I would just ask a few questions that have to do with your background, your view of what leadership is and the like. I would appreciate any help from anyone who qualifies. I thank you for any responses I get in advance.
