I just finished an interview with MD Anderson today. The interview was on zoom. There was a panel of 4 people, with one person muted with camera off. I answered every question to the best of my ability.
I couldn’t help but notice throughout the entire interview that one of the interviewers was laughing. I’m not sure if it was at me or at something else, but it was very distracting and kind of ruined my confidence. As I was answering the questions, I would notice him laughing and it would make me lose my train of thought for a bit. I’m asking what do y’all think I should do? I think this definitely affected my interview, but IDK if contacting someone about it would make a difference in them hiring me or not.
