Interview tomorrow, need your help please

I was in business before, and I decided to change my career after laid off couple of years ago. Now i go back to study health career and I almost finish with school, I have an interview for an intern job at the hospital. There are some questions I honestly do not know how to answer for the health field, do you mind giving your suggestion please like:

1. You have already begun your assignment and have then been asked by your supervisor to work in another unit. How would you handle this?

2. Priorities often change suddenly throughout the day. If you are asked to quickly do another task, how does that affect your mood? What if it's the third time before noon?

on my previous job, whenever the manager ask us do something, we just put off what we are doing and come back later, but in nurse and respiratory care will it be the same?

1. You wrap up your current assignment, do any needed documentation, give a detailed report to your replacement, terminate any relationships gracefully that you may have established with your patients and head to the new assignment.

2. I am highly adaptable. I chose healthcare because it is dynamic and always changing. I excel at dealing with crisis and change. This will not be a problem, in fact, I expect it and look forward to it.

The key here is to maintain patient care, they are looking to make sure you are not just going to take off and abandon your patient ;)

I am not sure about that, so as a new employee I would refer to the policy and procedures manual or I would ask. When it comes to patient care and to being a responsible employee, I don't believe in guessing...

'refer to policy and procedure manual' is good for many things, yet as a manager, I would not be impressed if I had asked the original questions above and was given this answer. It shows possibly low iniative, low ability to think on your feet, and possibly could be viewed as a 'cop out, canned type of answer'. Because really, would you have to refer to P/P manual after you were asked by a supervisor to change your assignment????

May I suggest..reread Mindlor's response. :)
