I have an interview tomorrow with my dream hospital. The position is a PRN pct, working on the LTAC floor. They also emailed me and told to me wear scrubs to my interview! I was kind of freaked out by that because I heard wearing scrubs to an interview was bad etiquette, so I have no idea what they have planned for me! But I was just wondering if anyone could share your CNA/PCT interview experiences? What questions do they normally ask? And I'm certified as a CNA, not PCT, so how are they different?
Meant EXCITED in my title... Lol

Congrats on you interview. I'm not sure why they want you to wear scrubs for an interview. I would take it as a good sign though. Also there is no certification for PCT. At my local hospital PCTs are a mix of CNA, EMT, and those in NS. Although Transitonal Care PCTs have to be a CNA.
My interview experience was just a standard interview why should we hire you, why do you want to be a CNA, what's your goals, etc. Then they tell me about the company, the facility, give a tour, and do paperwork.

Congrats on your interview! Last year I had an interview that sounds very similar to yours. They asked me to wear scrubs, and I found out it was because I shadowed a nurse on my unit for an hour before my actual interview. Not saying that this is what will happen to you, but it's a possibility.
Questions I got asked were: tell us about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, tell us about a time when you made a mistake, and tell us about a time you had to work with someone you disliked
