If you interview with more than one person is it OK to send one thank you addressed to all who interviewed you or should you send one card to each person.

EX. interviewed with two RN's and job shadowed with one RN

send one to all three or one to each individual.

Send an individual note to each person. They don't take long to write, and make a very positive impression. There is no way to know if a single note will be shared with everyone.
