Interview for a psych nurse position

Hi all I have an initial phone interview for a psych nurse position in a hospital. The patients will be located in a portion of the emergency room. I have not done psych nursing other than what I dealt with on the med surge floor I worked on and geri psych with my residents in assisted living. I would be good at this as I am compassionate and understanding of mental health conditions. Any advice for landing this position?
