Hello everyone! I would like to do a quick interview with anyone whose a nurse with 6 years of experience.
1) Give your educational preparation along with any certification or accomplishment.
2) What are some of your various roles that you have worked in your career? What are you doing now?
3) Why did you choose nursing?
4) What are some changes you've seen in nursing? What are your memories of nursing school?
5) If you could go back in time would you choose to do it again?
6) Do you have any words of wisdom or advice you would like to share?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer the interview. :redbeathe

Hello everyone! I would like to do a quick interview with anyone whose a nurse with 6 years of experience.1) Give your educational preparation along with any certification or accomplishment.RN-ASN2) What are some of your various roles that you have worked in your career? What are you doing now?Floor nurse, charge nurse, travel nurse. Currently MDS coordinator.3) Why did you choose nursing? It chose me! I honestly had no intentions of becoming a nurse. After taking A&P in school, and passing with flying colors I felt nursing would only be natural. 4) What are some changes you've seen in nursing? What are your memories of nursing school?More charting is being implemented. In other words there is a form for everything now! Nursing school memories: I will never forget those very uncomfortable pre-conference meetings. Every clinical morning, we would get inspected by our instructor...hair, nails, uniform, and even stockings. She wanted perfection! I admire that now, especially when I see sloppy new grads with their hair all over the place.5) If you could go back in time would you choose to do it again? Most likely. 6) Do you have any words of wisdom or advice you would like to share? Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer the interview. :redbeathe
