Interview/Meeting

I've been an LPN for about 2 years. Tomorrow I have a "meeting that's not an interview" in the words of the recruiter and have no idea what to expect! Any advice?

I would treat it as an interview anyway. Dress in business casual or professionally, present yourself well and act as if you are the type of person that the recruiter would envision adding to the organization. Good luck to you!

I agree 100%. It may not be an interview, but if you make a good impression and stand out, perhaps when they are ready to interview they will remember you.

Thank you all! It went wonderfully and have already filled out a lot of paperwork for the position...looks promising! :)
