This might be a bit of a silly question but I'm going to ask it anyway! I'm not quite sure which method is proper in addressing the nurse recruiter. Would it be better to address them by their first name or say Mrs. ________? Does it not even matter? I don't know why that part is making me the most anxious.

Have they corresponded with you in the past? If so I have used the following rule with success: address them by their first name if they sign correspondence with only first name. If they use their full name then being more formal is better. The one recruiter I have used was okay with just first name. Honestly though, being overly formal should not hurt your application, it is a sign of respect and maturity, and any reasonable recruiter will appreciate it if you go the more formal route. Focus your energies on the interviews. Good luck in your job hunt :-)
