I have to do an interview of a nurse from another country. If anyone is a nurse outside of the united states I would appreciate if you could email me back with responses to these questions. Thank you so much!

  • Number of years as a nurse (or student nurse) in the developing country
  • Type of education received in the developing country (include basic nursing education, continuing education and any advanced degrees)
  • Length of basic nursing education program in the developing country
  • Current area of nursing practice and type of practice setting
  • Job description or description of current duties in practice setting
  • Typical salary and work week for a nurse in the developing country
  • Major issues identified for nursing practice and/or nursing education in the interviewee's country
  • Possible solutions for practice problems, as identified by the nurse from the developing country
  • Resources/opportunities available for nurses in the developing country

Why do you consider anything outside of the US a "developing country"? I am in Canada and I don't see us as a "developing country".

I would not consider Canada as a developing country. I am sorry for the questions being misleading. The questions are from an assignment and we get 24 hours to have them answered and I did not read through the pre written questions from the instructor. I am sorry if I have offended anyone. I have rewritten them and again sorry.
