Congrats! I didn't have any specific skills questions or nursing scenarios in any of my three job interviews this past week, they were all interpersonal skills and personality type questions. Most of the interviews asked questions like:
Tell us about yourself.
Why do you want to work here/what do you know about our organization?
Why are you interested in this specialty?
How would you handle a complaint from a patient or family member?
Describe a time where you worked as a team.
Describe your best moment in nursing or nursing school.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
What would you do if you didn't know how to do something (a procedure)?
Where do you see yourself in five years?
What are your salary requirements?
Do you have any questions for us?
