International trained nurses

Hi guys, 

Just received my OET results yesterday and it looks good to go with more applications. 

I have an active application on NMC, US, and Ireland. 

With my new OET result, I think I can go with two more applications to New Zealand and Australia. 

This caused me a lot of confusion on which country should I proceed on with my application. 

BTW, I'm an ICU nurse. 

Any advice in terms of salaries, workload, living expenses, and career development is much appreciated.
