You cannot qualify for an H1B specialty visa as a new grad nurse. Even if an employer could prove to USCIS that a new grade inexperienced nurse requiring visa sponsorship is better qualified than an inexperienced new grad that is a citizen or PR, it's unlikely they would be willing to go through the time & expense to hold a job for you. Visas are still under retrogression and the wait varies from a few months to over 10 years depending on your country of birth. (India, China & the Philippines have the longest wait)
