How do I get into International Nursing? I will have my BSN in a year and want to use it to travel internationally and use my degree.

Specializes in Critical Care/Coronary Care Unit,.

i know that there are travel agencies that work internationally. you can look them up on google. i know you said you have your bsn, but do you have rn experience already. almost all reputable agencies, especially travel agencies, require one to two years of acute nursing experience. sounds fun though. good luck to you.

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Each country will have their own requirements for both registering as a nurse but also meeting work permit/visa requirements and both will have to be met if you plan on working outside the country you are living and working.

Be aware however there are a few countries suffering in the same way as the US and may be hard to get a work permit/visa.
