International Nursing Degree

I got my degree outside of the US. Nursing board said I needed two classes. I found a summer class and took the two classes which cost me 7000$. Would this be something I can get a tax refund on? Since it's required by the Nursing Board for the completion of my degree to be approved in the US?

I would recommend talking with a tax accountant. It is not wise to seek or give either legal or state/federal tax advice on an internet bulletin board.
