Hi yes, I am from the Philippines. I did visit the Nevada site for every info that they needed it's just I have taken the TOEFL test for 3x already, btw I just did take the test this morning and I am very confident that my English is in intermediate professional level it's just that I am very anxious to take the Nclex exam and by means if I don't get the said score that I want in speaking then I am thinking of doing another option like asking for a waiver or changing a state. Can you give me any good advices? thanks, kababayan!:)
Wait, you tried to take TOEFL a few times and failed, but think you can waive it because you studied in English? Please tell me I misunderstood this.
CGFNS is pretty strict about who they will waive the TOEFL requirements for. I am from Canada, but since I am specifically from Quebec, which is French speaking, I had to prove that I attended one of FIVE approved institutions for the whole province to be able to waive TOEFL. So I don't think it's as easy as 'Yeah, I just don't think I should have to write that, just waive it cuz I said so.'

I am a international graduate nurse. Thinking about applying for Nevada Nclex. I am planning to wave at TOEFL exam because I believe that the nursing program that I have attended had used English as the median of instructions and the books are as well written in English. So,my question is that do I first write at the BON in Nevada for this or First apply for CGFS-Ces because they are requiring the said evaluation for my subjects and also the English proficiency test.
