Hi friends, I have a big challenge. I'm a Bsn graduate in the Philippines and as you might all know its been an issue for California BON. So I decided to apply for LVN in Cali but the problem Is I have to wait 3-6months for the processing time!!! Can someone tell me what other states allow international graduates of Bsn that can take the LPN?

Many states like NJ and others, RN program is not a substitute for graduating from a practical nursing program and thus not considered equivalent education. If you plan to endorse back to CA you will need to go through the same process. Most US states require CGFNS processing (3-6 months or longer) as part of the licensing by examination process before deemed eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN.
If you plan on living and working in CA, you will save time and money by just waiting for the approval process to become licensed in CA. With the new graduating classes plus the high influx of IEN's who were not eligible for RN's attempting LVN licensing the BVNPT is overworked and understaffed and thus there are significant delays in verification and processing of applications.
My suggestion would be to just wait for CA because you will just double your costs and wait time by attempting to process in another state and endorse back to CA.
