International Editions of Textbooks

Have any of y'all used international editions of nursing textbooks? I've used a few during my pre-reqs and first bachelor's degree, and I loved the soft covers and prices. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've never used a nursing one, but the only commin difference is that international edition won't used American weights and measures. Which could be more of an issues in nursing classes vs. Biology or Chemistry.

Very true. The one I'm looking at is the Medical Dosage Calculations book. I just don't know because it does say that there is a money back guarantee if it's not exactly the same as the U.S. edition. I'm thinking I'll take a chance considering it's about $50 cheaper. Thanks!
