You cannot stay and work unless you have a visa that allows you to work, everything else is illegal.

You will definately need to take some English courses to improve your written skills. Are you here on a tourist visa in May or on an immigrant visa? If you're here on a tourist visa you must return home before the visa expires. A tourist visa is just that, for visits, the intention isn't for one to come on a tourist visa and never return home. If you're on an immigrant visa then that's different. Good Luck

You just will not be able to stay and work in the US. You have many hurdles in front of you and things take much longer than 4 months to get sorted.
To be able to work as a nurse in the US you have to go through a state's licensing application and sit and pass NCLEX (this along can take anything from 4-8 months). Then you have to find a employer willing to petition you for a job and then you will join the queue (very long queue) of waiting for a visa allowing you to live and work in the US.
You will also need to sit and pass a English exam for visa screen certificate

Also if you have no money how are you going to be able to support yourself on your visit to the USA. You may be required to offer proof that you can support yourself on your visit especially if you have to have a tourist visa and require a interview at the embassy
