Interested in UTHSCSA nursing

Hey everyone! So I'm currently a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa and have recently decided to pursue nursing after I finish my service here. I majored in business management and minored in accounting and public health from Tulane University in 2017. I'm very interested in UTHSCSA nursing programs. Since I already have a degree I thought the ABSN would be best but as I don't have a strong science background I'm not sure if it would be too demanding. I plan to take my prereqs at community college before apply but I'd love to knock out a few classes online while I'm here in Africa. Has anyone taking online courses that have transferred over that you recommend? Also, if you were accepted to UTHSCSA, what were your stats? My undergrad overall GPA was 3.3. I'd love any input on the intensity of classes or what I could do to prepare myself! Thank you so much!
